I specialize in supporting young people as they manage big emotions, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and transitions, while also helping adults process anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life changes.

I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, focusing on what matters most to each individual and building on the strengths they already have. For children and teens, I often incorporate play, creative strategies, and somatic practices to help them express emotions and connect with their experiences. For adults, I integrate these same mind-body approaches to support insight, growth, and meaningful change.
