Sundi is an empathetic psychotherapist who brings over eight years of experience in social work and mental health services to her practice. With a deep commitment to fostering healing and resilience, she integrates evidence‐based approaches—including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and mind–body techniques—to create personalized, holistic treatment plans for individuals and families.

Sundi earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and holds a BA in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a licensed master social worker (LMSW), she has further enriched her clinical expertise with specialized training in Integrative Somatic Parts Work, EMDR, and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). Her unique approach is also informed by her credentials as a certified yoga instructor, combining physical and emotional well‐being practices to support lasting change.
