Resources · The Tuned In Institute
Support that keeps going between sessions.
The Tuned In Institute is the research and education arm of Rooted Rhythm. It's where our courses, books, and tools for sensitive kids, teens, and adults live, all built by the clinicians who work with families every day.
Two journeys
Two journeys, side by side: your child's and yours.
We've found that children whose parents go through their own transformational process alongside therapy make far more progress. So Rooted Rhythm is a process for both the child and the parent. While your child works with their therapist, you go through the Tuned In process too. That's what makes the work last, and it's what the membership is for.
Your child's journey
Weekly sessions with their therapist, where play and connection help them understand big feelings.

Meet Remi
A guide for the hard moments.
Parenting a sensitive child at 11pm and hit a wall? Remi is there. Her name comes from a French word for "guide," because no one should have to navigate this alone.
There when you need it, any hour
Hard moments don't wait for your next session. Remi is available 24/7, so you can get thoughtful help at bedtime, after a meltdown, or whenever a question comes up.
Trained only on the Tuned In approach
Remi draws on every module, resource, and principle in the Tuned In curriculum, not random internet advice. Her answers match what your therapist is teaching you.
Personal to your family
Remi tailors guidance to your child's age and points you to the exact lesson, worksheet, or article that fits what you're facing.
Keeps you connected to real care
Remi is an educational guide, not a therapist. She doesn't diagnose or provide treatment, and she'll help you reach your Rooted Rhythm therapist when you need clinical support.

Relax into the present moment
Your calm, right now, is the most powerful tool you have.
Trust the process
Big feelings pass. Growth happens in the hard moments, not around them.
Prioritize connection
Connect first. Direction lands once your child feels safe again.
Loving boundaries
Clear, warm limits help sensitive kids feel secure.
Show up authentically
Your child doesn't need a perfect parent. They need a real one.
