Our approach

Healing happens through connection.

We believe true and sustainable healing happens through connection, so we support the whole person and family, not just the symptoms.

Therapist fit

The number one thing: the right therapist.

Research consistently shows that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the strongest predictors of success in therapy. The approach matters, but finding someone you can build real rapport with matters most. We have a team of therapists ready to lean in and build that connection with you.

What makes us different

More than a weekly appointment.

01

Heart-centered, highly trained

Therapists who bring both warmth and specialized clinical skill.

02

Fit first

We prioritize the right therapist match above everything else.

03

Parents involved

Caregivers are part of the support system, every step of the way.

04

Growth beyond the room

Tuned In resources help the work continue at home.

How each service works

A simple map of our care.

Ages 2 to 12 · Our signature offering

Child therapy

12 weekly sessions over about 14 weeks, including a parent-only intake and closing session, with parent coaching and Tuned In built in. It's a 12-week starting rhythm that can extend whenever your child needs more time.

Ages 13 to 18

Teen therapy

More talk-based and directive, while still letting teens lead. Often 12 weekly sessions, then ongoing biweekly support.

Individualized

Adult therapy

No required timeline, with the option of a 10-week commitment and therapeutic parent coaching.

Group, couples and family

Additional services

Group, couples, and family therapy, depending on clinician specialties and availability.

Our clinical approach

Grounded in research, led by relationship.

Child-centered play therapy

Our primary approach with children, with a focus on attachment and nervous system regulation, because research supports the value of these approaches.

About play therapy

More directive approaches, when they help

We use more directive approaches when appropriate, and we're always clear with parents about how to support their child's process.

For teens and adults

Approaches vary by therapist. Many are trained in somatic tools, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and EMDR, and some also bring in DBT and CBT.

Here for the long run

One round, or many seasons.

Some families complete one round of therapy. Others return at different stages of life as new needs come up. Either way, we want to be here for you for the long run.

Tuned In Institute

Support that keeps going between sessions.

Every client gets access to the Tuned In Institute: courses, books, and Remi, so growth can continue outside the therapy room.
