What to Expect in Therapy
For teens, the first session is a standard intake appointment focused on building rapport, understanding concerns, and setting goals for treatment. From there, sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your teen’s needs.
Therapy is always paced according to your teen’s comfort level and progress. We regularly review goals and adjust treatment as needed.
