Sujatha Reddy, LPC, BC-TAM, NMCF

Sujatha is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Ohio and a Licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in Colorado. With more than 35 years in Ayurvedic medicine and 25 years in mental health, she brings a rare depth of clinical expertise that bridges Eastern healing traditions with modern psychological and neuroscience-based approaches.

She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from India and a Master's in Community Counseling from the University of Dayton. She is Board Certified in Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine, a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist, a Certified Holosomatic Breathwork Therapist, and a Yoga Therapist. As Founder and Executive Director of Ayumind, Heartland Wellness, and Sangam Healing Center, she has built whole-person care models integrating Ayurveda, yoga therapy, breathwork, meditation, evidence-based psychotherapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy with ketamine and psilocybin.

Her clinical work centers on trauma, depression, anxiety, burnout, grief, addiction, women's mental health, and major life transitions, addressing the root causes of suffering through a compassionate, culturally informed approach. She has served nonprofits as a board member, Clinical Director, President, and Vice President, and provides supervision and mentorship to mental health professionals and holistic healers. She has been featured on Gaia and numerous podcasts for her thought leadership in integrative mental health.

As a board member of Rooted Rhythm, Sujatha brings visionary leadership, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to expanding access to healing-centered, community-rooted wellness practices.

Matt Rockwell

Matt brings a mix of technology leadership, operational experience, and organizational development to Rooted Rhythm. A 12-year U.S. Navy veteran, he has spent the past 30 years developing clear, reliable systems across the finance, banking, healthcare, and insurance industries, always with a focus on supporting the people those systems are meant to serve.

At Rooted Rhythm, Matt works behind the scenes to help build and strengthen the systems that allow care to happen smoothly. His goal is to make sure clinicians have the support they need so they can stay focused on children, families, and communities.

Matt believes technology should support human connection, not replace it. When designed thoughtfully, good systems can reduce stress, improve communication, and make compassionate care easier to access and sustain.

David Wolfe

David is an entrepreneur, investor, and brand builder who has spent his career helping ideas become companies, and companies become meaningful brands.

As the founder of Leesa Sleep, David helped build one of the leading direct-to-consumer mattress companies, combining product, storytelling, performance marketing, and purpose into a brand that reached hundreds of thousands of customers. Leesa was built around the belief that companies can be driven by both purpose and profit, and under that mission donated more than 40,000 mattresses to shelters and families in need across North America.

He has since continued to invest in and support early-stage businesses, bringing strategic clarity, founder empathy, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build from zero. His work sits at the intersection of commerce, creativity, and human connection.

Joel Ciarochi, MD, MBA

Joel was part of the founding team of Rooted Rhythm and serves as the organization's Chief Operating Officer, helping guide the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic growth of the practice. He works closely with the leadership team to build the operational infrastructure needed to support exceptional care while expanding access to services for children, families, and communities.

In addition to his leadership at Rooted Rhythm, Joel is a physician, entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist with extensive experience founding, growing, and advising businesses across healthcare, technology, and other emerging industries. His work has focused on helping mission-driven organizations develop strong operational foundations, assemble exceptional teams, and scale with purpose.

As a member of Rooted Rhythm's Board of Advisors, Joel brings expertise in organizational strategy, finance, operations, and sustainable growth. He is passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations transform innovative ideas into lasting impact while remaining deeply rooted in their mission.
