Length6 weeks
Ages8–10
Group of4–5 girls

Some growing happens best alongside other girls.

This age is when friendships get more complicated, feelings get bigger, and the question of "do I belong?" gets louder. A small, steady group gives girls a place to practice it all, with a therapist right there beside them.

What we focus on

Four things, woven through every session.

one

Social skills

Friendship in real time: reading cues, taking turns, repairing after a hard moment, and finding words for what she needs.

two

Confidence

Trying, stumbling, and trying again in a group that has her back, so she leaves trusting her own voice a little more.

three

Coping tools

Hands-on ways to settle big feelings she can actually use when things get hard at school, at home, and with friends.

four

Belonging

A small circle of girls her own age, in a room where she doesn't have to be anyone but herself to fit in.
