Kate Hirsch, MSW, LCSW | Clinical Director & Therapist (Denver, CO)

Kate’s emphasis and dedication to promoting a therapeutic relationship built on mutual trust, respect, and safety remain at the heart of her work with children and their families. By honoring each child’s pace, individuality, and sense of autonomy, she creates an environment where authentic processing, growth, and healing can unfold.

With over a decade of experience supporting children across clinical and non-clinical settings, Kate is an attuned and empathetic therapist who brings creativity, curiosity, and playfulness into her work. In recent years, she has continued to deepen her specialization in early childhood, primarily supporting children ages 2 through 10 navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and the caregiver-child relationship.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Kate now serves as Clinical Director, where she provides clinical leadership, supports program development, and mentors clinicians as they grow their own practices.

Kate earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elon University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University. She believes strongly in the power of play as a child’s natural language and integrates Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her relational, developmentally attuned approach.
