Megan Babler, MA, LPC-A | Therapist (Dallas, TX)
I believe therapy can be a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to better understand yourself and what you need. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where children, adolescents, and adults can feel safe being themselves. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges, build on strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, with a trauma-informed foundation. I recognize that everyone’s experiences, identities, and goals are unique, and I believe you are the expert on your own life. When working with children and adolescents, I also value collaboration with parents and caregivers to support healthy development, strengthen relationships, and help young clients build the skills they need to thrive. I’m here to walk alongside you and your family, offering support, practical tools, and a safe space to explore what healing and growth look like for you.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to women’s issues and LGBTQIA+ identities. I also support children and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges. Together, we can identify what is working, build new skills, and create meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, confident in your strengths, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. For children and families, my hope is to help create greater understanding, connection, and confidence while providing practical tools to navigate challenges together.
