Erica serves as the National Practice Director at Rooted Rhythm Therapy and brings 20 years of experience in behavioral health. Her background includes residential treatment, human resources, administration, operations, and business development. Having worked directly with clients and families as well as in organizational leadership, Erica brings an understanding of the many people and moving pieces that come together to support a behavioral health practice.

Erica has always been drawn to finding practical ways to make things work better for the people around her. Her experience includes leading operations for behavioral health practices, improving workflows, developing internal resources, building community and referral relationships, and creating systems that help teams stay connected and organized.

As National Practice Director, Erica oversees the day-to-day operations of Rooted Rhythm and works across departments and locations to keep teams, priorities, and operations moving forward together. She enjoys listening to what teams need, solving problems, and finding ways to create resources and processes that better support their work.

Erica began her career working directly with individuals and families navigating residential behavioral health and substance use treatment. Her work included coordinating admissions into residential care, supporting individuals and families through the treatment process, facilitating groups, and working closely with clinical teams to advocate for client needs. Those experiences continue to shape the way she approaches leadership today and serve as an important reminder that there is always a person or family on the other side of every process.

Erica enjoys approaching challenges creatively, bringing people and ideas together, and finding thoughtful ways to support the teams around her. Her approach to leadership reflects Rooted Rhythm’s commitment to thoughtful, compassionate behavioral health care and to creating an environment where both the people receiving care and the people providing it feel supported.
