Hope Saunders, MS, MFTC, works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from a compassionate, collaborative, and attachment-focused perspective. She is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, including those navigating ADHD, ODD, and ASD, as well as men experiencing anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

Hope believes that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on safety, authenticity, and trust. Her approach is warm, supportive, and relational, while also being direct when needed to help clients move toward meaningful growth and change. She strives to create a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to explore both challenges and strengths without judgment. She supports children through play allowing children to feel seen and heard.

Her clinical work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Child-Centered Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Hope enjoys helping individuals, couples, and families better understand their emotional experiences, strengthen connection, and develop healthier patterns of communication and coping.

Hope earned her Master of Science degree from The University of Alabama and is dedicated to providing thoughtful, developmentally informed care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
