Ruby Kate Gray, MSW, LSW, MFTC | Therapist (Denver, CO)
Ruby Kate is passionate about supporting children, teens, and families as they navigate life's challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. She believes every child deserves a safe, compassionate space to express themselves, process difficult emotions, and experience healing through connection.
Ruby Kate earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver with concentrations in Mental Health and Family Systems and is completing her Marriage and Family Therapy Certificate through the Denver Family Institute. She provides therapy through a systemic, relational, and culturally responsive lens, tailoring her approach to meet each child and family's unique needs.
Ruby Kate has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient, community mental health, and inpatient behavioral health settings. Throughout her clinical training, she has provided individual, child, and family therapy, completed comprehensive assessments, developed treatment plans, and supported families through case management and resource coordination. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, where she supported children, adolescents, and adults experiencing acute mental health challenges.
Ruby Kate is especially passionate about working with children and families through play-based approaches. She values the healing power of play and enjoys partnering with parents and caregivers to foster stronger connections, support emotional regulation, and help children thrive both in and outside of the therapy room.
