Joel Ciarochi, MD, MBA | Chief of Operations

Joel is a board certified Anesthesiologist and his legacy includes a nearly three decade career. He has deep medical knowledge and significant experience with ketamine administration ranging from general anesthesia and sedation to ketamine administration for mental health  as complex as electroconvulsive shock therapy and the treatment of major depression. Joel brings a new level of clinical excellence, compliance, and oversight to the already amazing team.

Joel is also a serial entrepreneur and has had success in building fast-growing technology companies, healthcare companies, and medical practices. Joel has a passion for using information technology to focus healthcare delivery on quality of care, customer service, and simplicity. He has served in many executive and advisory roles in similar companies and helped bring them to the next level.  

His education includes Rice University (BA), University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (MD), University of Texas Southwestern Medical School Parkland Memorial Hospital (Anesthesiology), and Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business (EMBA).
