Heaven Zamorano, MSSW, LMSW | Therapist (Austin, TX)
Heaven is a compassionate, trauma-informed social worker who believes every child, teen, and adult deserves a safe space where they feel heard, supported, and understood. She knows that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, for kids and for the parents who love them, so she works to create a warm, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves.
Heaven takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach rooted in empathy and respect for each person’s experiences, needs, and goals. Drawing on her background in crisis intervention, emotional support, and trauma-informed services, she focuses on building trust and meeting clients where they are. She uses evidence-based interventions to help clients work through difficult emotions, process trauma, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience at their own pace.
Heaven believes that healing looks different for everyone and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth. Her goal is to walk alongside each child and family as they navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and develop the tools they need to feel more confident and empowered in daily life. Above all, she hopes every client feels valued, supported, and reminded that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
Heaven holds a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. Her clinical experience includes work with nonprofit agencies supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
