Lila Coil, MA, LPCC, ATR-P | Therapist (Arvada, CO)
Hi, I’m Lila. I work with children and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, and the desire to feel more confident and capable. Many of my clients identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, sensitive, or trauma survivors, and I strive to create a welcoming space where all parts of you are respected. Together, we explore the personal and relational factors — family, work, and social environments — that shape mental health and collaborate on an approach that truly fits you.
My style is empowering and creative, helping you build skills while strengthening trust in your unique strengths. I integrate play therapy, DBT-informed art therapy, talk therapy, somatic, and mindfulness practices to meet clients in developmentally attuned and meaningful ways. I also enjoy working with dreams — both the ones you experience at night and the larger hopes you hold for your life. My goal is to help you feel supported in therapy so you can live in a way that aligns with who you are.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. I also value creativity in my own life and enjoy painting, nature walks, yoga, travel, and time with loved ones.
