Amy Harmon, MA, LCSW, RPT, ACS | Clinical Supervisor

An experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Amy is deeply committed to supporting children, families, and fellow therapists. With over 15 years of experience, she has come to understand that the well-being of helpers is crucial for a sustainable and effective system of care. Amy's dedication to providing clinical supervision that fosters growth, resilience, and reflective practice ensures that both clients and therapists thrive in their roles.

Amy received her Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago. As a bilingual (Spanish/English) clinician, her areas of expertise include working with children and families from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds in the areas of trauma, attachment injuries, emotion regulation, behavioral concerns, perinatal mental health, and parent coaching. 

In both her therapeutic and supervisory work, Amy is guided by her values of authenticity, attunement, curiosity, and social justice. Her deep, personal understanding of the challenges and joys of parenting further informs her compassionate and holistic approach.
