Jamie Binstock, MS, MFTC | Therapist (Centennial & Denver, CO)
Jamie believes that life can be messy, families can be complicated, and sometimes things don’t turn out the way we imagined. She brings warmth, humor, curiosity, and a deeply accepting presence to therapy, creating a space where children, teens, adults, and families can show up as they are without judgment.
Jamie works with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, big emotions, behavioral challenges, and life transitions, as well as couples and families looking to strengthen their relationships and navigate challenges together. Grounded in attachment and family systems and informed by Theraplay® principles, she uses play, creativity, and connection with younger clients and works collaboratively with couples and families to better understand patterns, improve connection, and create meaningful change.
Jamie believes meaningful change happens through relationships, especially when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
