Grace is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel safe to express themselves and build confidence. She approaches therapy with a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective that honors each child's individual experiences and natural resilience. Drawing from her clinical training and passion for working with children, Grace strives to create a safe and nurturing space where clients and their families feel understood, empowered, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.

Grace earned both her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Science, as well as her MSW from the University of Georgia. During that time she developed a strong foundation in child development, mental health care, and evidence-based therapeutic practices. In her own work she relies on the tenets of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and child-centered play therapy to create individualized treatment approaches for each unique client. Her background includes working with youth involved in the foster care system, supporting caregivers during difficult life transitions, and assisting families achieve positive outcomes and long-term well-being.
