Zeno serves as Executive Assistant at Rooted Rhythm, working closely with founder Sophie Schauermann to support the day-to-day operations of the practice. He helps coordinate schedules, manage priorities, track ongoing projects, and keep the many moving pieces of a growing organization organized, aligned, and moving forward.

He enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and finding practical ways to make work more efficient. Whether coordinating logistics, organizing information, or supporting new initiatives, he focuses on keeping things clear, organized, and dependable.
