A deep process, held together

This cohort brings together families who have been part of the Rooted Rhythm community for a long time, and some who are new to us. Sophie, founder of Rooted Rhythm, leads the parent work. Sujatha Reddy and her team at Sangam Healing Center lead preparation and the psilocybin journey.

We are so excited to bring psilocybin services into this work, alongside a lot of time for connection with other parents.

What's included

  • 7 weeks
    Weekly parent groups with Sophie75 minutes each, live on Zoom, Fridays at 9:30 am MT starting January 15, 2027.

    Preparation sessions with Sujatha and the Sangam teamGroup preparation with Sangam's licensed facilitators and space holders before the journey.
  • Full day
    The psilocybin journeyFebruary 13, 2027, at Sangam's licensed healing center in Lakewood, Colorado. The natural medicine is included.
  • 2 × 90 min
    Follow-up integration groupsThe cohort comes back together to integrate what came up.

Good to know

  • For adults 21 and older. Every participant is screened individually by Sangam's licensed facilitation team.
  • An additional medical consultation is sometimes required. If it applies to you, Sujatha's team will send the forms.
  • The weekly groups are virtual. The journey day is in person in Lakewood, and you won't be able to drive that day.
  • Travel and lodging are not included. Program fees are not covered by insurance.
  • This is education and group support, not psychotherapy.

Psilocybin services described on this page are provided by Sangam Healing Center, a licensed healing center, at its licensed location in Lakewood, Colorado. Rooted Rhythm provides the parent education and group support components and does not provide psilocybin services. Regulated natural medicine is tested as required by Colorado law. Testing does not eliminate medication interactions, psychological risks, cardiovascular concerns, or other participant specific risks.
